About

Coast to Coast to Coast publishes poetry between unique handmade covers.

Launched in Summer 2017, over 600 hand-stitched journals across seven issues have featured work by almost 100 different poets.

Each issue is launched with a reading event at a site of architectural and cultural interest, including art galleries such as Liverpool’s Open Eye, and literary festivals, bringing together poets, musicians and listeners.

“We live in such throwaway days and so many journals rise and fall, but here's one that brings the hope back. A personal, handmade labour of love from Maria Isakova Bennett. Joy.”
